1 – THE BASIS FOR INFORMATION COLLECTION

In order to provide and administer our Services in the best possible way, we will collect and process Personal and Non-Personal Information as detailed below.
We also rely on other legal grounds for processing your Personal Information, including the performance of our contractual obligations towards you, our legitimate interest to provide and in providing our Services, and compliance with legal and regulatory obligations to which we are subject.

2 – WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

1.1 – Personal information you disclose to us:

1.1.1 – Name and Contact Data: full name, email address, telephone number.

1.1.2 – Evaluation Data: (a) Personal Information: full name, gender, email address, phone number, full mail address, date of birth, marital status, number of
dependents, information about criminal records or serious health conditions; (b) Education and Training: highest level of education information including program duration, field and country of study; (c) Work Experience: your work experience in the last 10 years, including, job description, start and finish dates, quantity of hours per week. If you own a business: description of activities, start date,

number of employees; (c) Financial Information: estimated net worth, estimated cash flow; (d) Language Skills: level of English, level of French; (d) Adaptability
Information: whether you have a family member living in the UK or not.

1.1.3 – Payment Details and Transaction Information: We collect data necessary to process your payment if you make purchases, such as your payment
instrument number (such as a credit card number), and the security code associated with your payment instrument. Your payment instrument method’s full
details are not kept in our systems, except for: the name printed on card, first 6 digits, last 4 digits and expiry date. All transactions are made using the ultimate
encryption system SSL® – Secure Sockets Layer.

1.1.4 – Supporting Documents: any supporting document voluntarily sent by you.

All personal information that you provide to us must be true, complete and accurate, and you must notify us of any changes to such personal information.

1.2 – Personal Information we collect automatically:

We may collect any information you provide us in any of your communications with us (including customer support), and bulletin board post or system-side
chats provided by our Services. We may also collect any information you provide us voluntarily, such as by replying to any communication from us or any
information you may share while using our Services.

We may also collect and log bulletin board and chat reports of offensive, harmful, indecent, or otherwise objectionable language, as well as records related to such reports, as well as any actions we may take against the offending party.

personal data for direct marketing purposes.

The right to not be subjected to a decision based solely on automated decision- making – we do not make any decisions with legal effect based solely on
automated decision-making.

Understand that these rights are not absolute and may be subject to our own legitimate interests and applicable regulatory requirements.

After deletion or anonymization of your Personal Information following its retention period, the rights to access, erasure, rectification, and data portability

8 – RECEIVING AND DELETING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

You can request a copy of your Personal Information stored on our Services by submitting an information access request to us via email. Please note that such a

You may also request that we delete all your Personal Information connected to your account. Your request will be processed, and your Personal Information will
be deleted, within 30 days of your request. In this regard, please note that: (i) deleting your Personal Information from our Services might take longer if some or
all of it is stored in back-up storage; (ii) we may retain any information received by public means as detailed above; and (iii) we may retain some or all of your Personal Information if required to comply with any legal obligations, dispute resolution needs, or enforcement of our agreements..

9 – MINORS

Our Services are designated to individuals over the age of 18 and if you are under the age of 18 you should not use our Services or provide us with any Personal Information.

If we become aware that an individual under the age of 18 shared any information, we will discard such information.
